Outer Banks Triathlon The 2010 Outer Banks Triathlon features three events- Half Distance, Olympic Distance and Sprint Distance-over two days. The Half Distance Tri will be held Saturday the Olympic and Sprint Triathlons will be Sunday. All three courses are on Roanoke Island and the biking and racing portions follow smooth flat roads and trails.
